We have released an update of RealHomes, v4.2.0, which has addressed and resolved this problem. So, please update RealHomes to its latest version.
If you can’t update immediately and you want to rectify this issue in your existing RealHomes old version, kindly follow these simple steps:

- Upload and Replace the File: Navigate to the directory structure: wp-content → plugins → easy-real-estate → includes → mb → main → inc → fields. Replace the existing “media.php” file with the one you downloaded in the previous step.
- Verify the Solution: Once the replacement is complete, the problem should be resolved. You can now safely update to WordPress 6.3 and utilize the backend media features without encountering any issues.
