Problem:
Contact or other forms are not sending emails at all or Emails are received as spam and shown in the spam folder.
Solution:
If you are not getting emails from your website (contact form or any other form) then it means the mail function of WordPress is not working properly. This problem can be caused by several reasons, some hosting companies restrict/disable the mail function for security reasons.
So, the standard way to troubleshoot the email related issue is to install the Check Email plugin and send an email to your email address.
If you receive the email and they are marked as spam and shown in the spam folder then please install and setup Postman SMTP Mailer/Email Log Plugin but if it failed again then kindly contact your hosting provider and report them about this issue.
