We have added an option to WPML String Translation so that users can select different header variations for each language. For example, if you will set two in Arabic and three in Spanish, the Header Variation will be second and third respectively.
If you came across an issue of Desktop Header not showing for translated pages only.
Please make sure you have not translated the admin_texts_inspiry_header_mod_variation_option translation domain.
